Hey I just wanted to comment on the amazing job, that your customer
service person did today. Unfortunately I failed to get her name, but my
order number is below and I want to notify her manager that she provided,
what in the industry is called legendary customer service.
After dealing with 2 companies that failed to tell me that the product
was discontinued, after charging my credit card and my having to call 2 weeks
later, just to cancel the order I started to call companies & the MFG, to
locate this item.
Now when I called your CS department, she not only had the warehouse
check inventory, she insured that my info was correct, and shipped the same
day. It doesn't get any better then that... she is a keeper, give her a raise
and treat her nice. FYI- I was in ops management for over 20 years, so I know
a fabulous CS representative:-)
